Family room addition. Rocky Hill CT

This is a family room addition and new deck that we designed and built in Rocky Hill, CT. It features Andersen casement windows and an Andersen Frenchwood sliding patio door. The addition is 18’x22′ and is built on a continuous foundation. The deck is framed with pressure treated lumber. We used composite decking boards and a composite railing.
