Cedar garden shed. Rocky Hill, CT

This is a custom built cedar garden shed that we built in Rocky Hill, CT. It is sided with rough-sawn clear cedar clapboards. The corner boards and the roof trim are also rough-sawn clear cedar. Tongue & groove cedar boards were used for the doors. The windows are a simple barn sash and open with hinges. We used architectural roofing shingles that matched the shingles on the adjacent house. The homeowner framed an area with pressure treated timbers which was filled with stone to create an excellent base to build the shed on.
