Flashing repair. Avon, CT

We repaired the flashing on this concrete patio in Avon CT with copper because the original flashing was not installed properly. Sections of bluestone had to be removed as well as some of the white cedar sidewall shingles. We repaired any areas of plywood sheathing that were damaged from water, and then applied a layer of building paper. We used a brake to bend the thick gauge copper, and then installed the new flashing. Once the bluestone was back in place, new cedar shingles were installed and stained to match the existing shingles.
